Shirley M Frazier

Shirley Mae Frazier, 79, of Chester, Pennsylvania, departed this life on July 18th, 2022 at Bryn Mawr Hospital. She was born December 4th, 1942 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Ossie and Rhoda Tillery Sr. Shirley graduated from Chester High School in 1961 and received an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware County Community College. 

Shirley was predeceased by her two grandsons Charles Johnson and Timothy Hamler. Along with her fiance and love of her life; Joseph Thomas, Shirley is survived by her brother Ossie Tillery (Ethel) of SC, daughter Sherri Shank (Larry) of Pa, son Wendell Harmon (Tonya) of NC, daughter Shea Crews of De, son Wanyandey Harmon (Eboni) of Fl, and daughter Syiata Frazier of De. Shirley was also the very proud grandmother to 22 grandchildren, five of which she helped raise (Evita, Charles, Tanyieka, Epiphany, and Wanyandey Jr.), 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 3 goddaughters, and a host of nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held Saturday, July 30th, 2022 from 8am-10am at the Lewis M. Hunt-Irving Funeral Home, 2316 Providence Ave, Chester, Pa 19013. Funeral services will be held Sat. July 30th, 2022 at 10:30am in the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Chester Rural Cemetery 441 W 21st St, Chester, PA 19013. There will be no Repass. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the out pouring of love and support during this difficult time.
