Sheila Ann Stafford

Sheila Stafford was a long-time resident of Delaware County, where she spent the last 10 years living at Lutheran Knolls Apartments.

Sheila previously worked at GM and Delaware Luggage. Her passion was bartending at Christy's - in Linwood, PA - where she worked for many years.  Her hobbies included sailing on cruises and playing Bingo.
She is the daughter of the late Edna and Raymond Downs, the sister of the late Roy Downs and Steven Downs, and mother of the late William Stafford Sr .
Sheila is survived by her sister Janet Downs, her two brothers: Kenny Downs and Bobby Downs, her three sons: Kevin Downs Sr, Thomas Widmayer, and Steven Stafford Sr., as well as her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
