Quamirah Michelle McBride

Quamirah Michelle McBride was born on March 8, 1999 in Chester, PA to Jamie Scott and Rahmir McBride. She departed this life on February 23, 2023, at Crozer Hospital surrounded by family.

“Quadi” as she was affectionately known by family and friends, received her education in Chester Upland School District, graduating from Chester High School, Class of 2018.

As a child, Quadi accepted Christ and frequently attended St. Paul COGIC with her father and other family members.

Being the first born to her parents, Quadi was a loving daughter, mother, granddaughter, and big sister. Besides spending time with her family, she also enjoyed taking her children to the park, going on outings, and enjoying “Girls Night Out” with her cousins.

Quadi was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Rose “Rosie” Scott and James “Hi-Do” Bentley and her paternal grandfather, Charles Purnell.

Quadi leaves to cherish her loving memories, her son, Ranir Irving Jr. daughter, Royal Irving; her parents: Jamie Scott and Rahmir McBride; significant other: Ranir Irving Sr.; Paternal Grandmother: Frandessa McBride White (Darryl); Siblings: Rahnayah, Rahmir, Janayah, Qualasia, Jahleir and Rahleir McBride; Aunts: Carmen Scott, Dacia Blocker, Jameesa and Jameara Bentley, Matiesha Scott, LaToya Payne (Albert) and Chante McBride (Varlee Tarawally); Uncles: James Bentley Jr. and Ranir “Bill” McBride; God-Mother, Shanene Stroud (Ralph); God-Siblings, Sakhee and Najah Majors, Nazhae Scott; special aunt, LaKeeta Scott; favorite cousins: Jameesha Bentley, Shakyra Farringington and Ajea Harper; a host of great aunts; great uncles, cousins, family and friends.
