Celebration of Life

Lisa Ann Butcher of Wilmington Delaware transition on Monday May 30, 2022. By her side was her two loving sons, who Lisa loved with all her heart and soul. She was born to the late Regina Johnson and Frank Burton on September 1, 1967, in Chester Pa. Lisa attended the Chester Upland Schools District System, graduating from the class of 1985.

Lisa was united in Holy Matrimony to Keith Butcher Sr. on October 16, 1993.

Lisa worked as an Administrative Assistant for The Boeing Company, and MBNA.

She enjoyed cooking, reading her Bible, going to see plays and love watching lifetime movies. She was kindhearted, thoughtful, caring and would do anything for you. Her heart was as big as her smile. Lisa was an early riser, and she had no problem calling you for your wake-up call in the mornings.

Lisa is preceded in death by her Parents, Regina Johnson, and Frank Burton, one sister Angel Ponder, her paternal Grandmother Beulah Burton and Mr. Hosea Ellis, and Valma (Toot’s) Burton her aunt who was like a mother to her.

Lisa leaves to cherish and honor her memories her two sons Keith Butcher of Claymont DE, and Daniel Butcher of Wilmington DE. One stepdaughter Tanira Butler, two brothers, Christopher Johnson of Chester PA, and Anthony Carlton of South Carolina, one sister Kimberly Johnson of Chester PA, two special aunts, Freda Burton of Chester PA, and Deborah Bradly of South Carolina, and host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
