Larry “Mont” Edwards Jr.

Larry Lamont Edwards Jr. was born on January 27, 1970 to Rosemary and the late Larry Edwards Sr. On May 8, 2022 God called him home. Larry was a beloved Father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and dedicated friend. Larry whom was passionately called “Mont” & “Haz” by his close friends, classmates and relatives, enjoyed life to the fullest. Mont was educated in the Chester Upland School District and was employed by various jobs until he found his passion for truck driving. He achieved the ultimate goal of owning his own company RDRM Nation National transport LLC. and inspired others to do the same. Mont loved listening to music and he loved being with family and friends. He loved gaming so much that he developed a clan and a family within the PlayStation community. He was loved and respected by all of his clan members & biker friends. Mont was also a mentor to those who loved and respected him. Mont loved riding his motorcycle & was truly a dedicated fisherman.

Mont was preceded in death by his Father Larry Edwards Sr., paternal grandmother Irene Edwards, paternal grandfather Raymond Edwards, maternal grandmother Muriel Irene Stock, maternal grandfather William Frederick Stock III. Mont leaves to cherish in his loving memories his Mother Rosemary Edwards, stepfather Jon Avery Browne, sisters Caprice Pinkard & Lakesha Collins, two brother in laws Mark Collins & Maurice Pinkard. A caring ex-wife Shannon Edwards & his loving companion & best friend of 14 years Keisha Anderson. Children Sean Norman, La’My Edwards & Jakhi Edwards, son in law Taesean Weathers, grandchildren QuaMir Norman, Le’Yonnah Norman , Sinai Weathers, Amiah Weathers & Taesean Weathers Jr., special aunt Kellie Edwards, special uncle Sidney Robinson, best friend Curtis Davis and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
