Karl Toy Driggins, Sr., 69 of Chester, Pennsylvania, departed this life on October 18, 2022 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. He was born October 25, 1953 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Cleo Wray and the late Jimmy Stewart.
For many years Karl worked for Graffius Burial Vaults as well as Greenlawn Cemetery which earned him the nickname “Graveyard.” Karl was an avid Eagles fan. He enjoyed fishing, watching movies and listening to oldies.
Karl was predeceased by his son Karl Purnsley and his sister Katherine Stewart. Karl is survived by his wife, Rosalinda Driggins, mother Cleo Wray (Edward Berry, longtime friend), sister Rhea Driggins-Toy (Kevin) of PA, brother Radiya Ali Bey (Elon Kamara) of DE, brother Norris Rhynes of PA, brother Joseph Rhynes of PA, son Kevin Byrd (Marthella) of DE, daughter Shardae Byrd of PA, son Radiya Byrd of PA, and son Karl Driggins, Jr. of PA. Karl was also the very proud grandfather to 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
