Josephine Foster, passed away at the age of 87 on July 28 2016 Born and raised in Chester Pa. she was the oldest sibling of 2 sisters and 3 brothers beloved wife of the late Larry Foster and daughter of the late Lucinda Hicks and Fred Evans. survived by three children,Shirlene Foster Johnson, Larry Foster Jr. and Carol Foster Beauford,1 brother in law and 1 sister in law also 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and a host of neices and nephews.
