Janette Echevarria, best known to her family and friends as “Janet”, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2021. She was born and raised in Chester, Pennsylvania to her late parents, Bienvenido Rivera and Santa Echevarria, on November 29, 1975.
Janet is survived by her son, Anthony Rivera; two grandchildren, Nathan and Nicholas Rivera; sister, Carmen Montes; two nieces, Jailene and Anais Rodriguez; 2 god-children, Juan Mulero and Victoria Luz Rosado; daughter-in-law, Stephany Pagan, as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Janet attended schools in the Chester Upland School District, where she had many friends, that are still in her circle to this date. She was a very loving and caring person. She was always taking care of her those she cared about the most. She worked at Harrah’s Casino, Pat’s Pizza and Dollar Tree then became a homemaker.
Janet’s favorite hobbies were dancing and listening to music, just like her mother did. She was always the life of the party. She leaves behind many fun memories, laughter and love.
Janet gave the gift of life to 3 recipients, as she donated her kidneys and liver. That just shows how she always loved to help others.
