Frank "Roger" Holmes

Frank Holmes was born February 21, 1947 in Sylvania, GA to the late Flora "Dollbaby" Holmes. He was one of twelve children. The lord called Frank home on April 18, 2021.

Frank retired from Sun Ship Yard after working as welder. Frank also owned and operated the Rainbow Bar located in Chester, PA. Frank enjoyed his years in his careers. Frank was also a volunteer with the Chester City Othello Tennis Camp.

The memory of Frank's life will reside in the hearts of his Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and Siblings. Children; Mary Holmes of Chester, PA, Antoinette Holmes of Marcus Hook, PA, Eric Holmes of Wilmington, DE, and April Singleton (step-daughter) of Fayetteville, NC, Grandchildren; Bryant Holmes of Marcus Hook, PA, Omar Dawson of Chester, PA, Brandy McDonald of Chester, PA, Cire Holmes of Wilmington, DE and Eric Holmes of Wilmington, DE. Great Grandchildren; Carson Holmes and Chase Ward. Siblings; Elouise Osborne of Savannah, GA, Author Holmes, Sarah Wadley and Mary Curry of Chester, PA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and enduring friends.
