Frank Hale

Frank Hale was born in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Richard Hale and Sarah Thomas Hale on April 16, 1947. He departed this life at St. Francis Nursing Facility in Upper Darby, PA on November 21, 2021.

Frank was educated in Chester Upland School District. He retired from local 413 in Chester, PA (Sunoco and BP Oil). May's Water Ice and LEE's Hoagie Shop

Frank was predeceased by brothers, Roger Thomas, Robert Hale, John Hale; sisters Louise Mosley and Agnes Eva Thomas Harris.\

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, special friend Barbara Ann Johnson (passed), and her children, Michelle Johnson, Michael Johnson, and Evelyn Madison. Also a great host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
