Florine Thomas was born to Howard Thomas and Helen Thomas on May 19, 1940, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Florine Thomas departed life on 11 October 2024. She is preceded in death by her late husband Rufus Taltoan, two brothers Jonathon Dawson and Richard Dawson and two sisters Lillian Jones and Helen Butler. She is survived by her brother George Collins Sr and sister Diane Thomas Eden, 4 Children, 11 Grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren along with many cousins, nephews, nieces, and loved ones.
