Edward Richard Harmon

Edward “Lil Ricky” Harmon Jr. was born to Nikera Brooks and Edward Harmon Sr., on April 15, 2004 in Chester Pa educated in the Chester Upland School District, Edward was a sophomore at Chester High School.

    ◦    Edward also known as “Ed” or “Lil Ricky” by close friends and family.Edward enjoyed playing video games and various sports such as basketball, football, and baseball. Edward started his journey playing football for Chester Panthers in his early childhood and also playing basketball for Chester Biddy. He then continued his journey at Chester High School playing basketball and football with #21,#35 and #26, And was going to move up to Varsity Basketball Team next year. Edward earned his title as a pre professional athlete while in high school. Basketball was his life and he never wanted to miss a practice, a game, NOTHING. During times when there wasn’t any practice he would try to get his close friends to practice with him at the YMCA, or even at his dads house on his own basketball court. Whatever Lil Ricky put his mind to that’s what it was, “Basketball”. Edward was a great big son and brother. He loved to help out his mother the best way he could and always told her he was going to move his family away when he made it “Big”! Edward really loved listening to his hip hop music too, we can’t leave that out. Edward was very playful, with his crazy laugh and all of his funny jokes. Edward will always be remembered, for his laid back demeanor, funny sense of humor and that oh so special smile.

Edward is preceded in death by Great Grandparents  Marie R. Rickard Harmon and Harvey O. Harmon, 
Fannie M. Lovelace Young, Edward R Mobley And Great Great Grandfather, Robert Brooks , Uncle  Darnell Coley, and Sister,  E’Niyah Harmon. 
Edward leaves to cherish his memory to his mother Nikera Brooks and father Edward Harmon Sr, of Chester Pa. sisters; E’Naysia Harmon and Harmony Jackson, Brothers; Emajj Harmon and Cayenne White all of Chester Pa. Grandmothers; Lisa Brooks-Wood(Keith)and Ruth K Harmon Of Chester Pa, Grandfather Marcus Burbage of Philadelphia Pa, and Edward R.
