Edmond Bruce “Big Bounce” Caple, Str. Was born to James and Margaret Caple on April 17, 1953. Bruce grew up at 1032 Kerlin st. in Chester where he was educated in the Chester -Upland School District. While in school he started to play drums in 8th grade and went on to become one of the best drummers in the city if Chester, PA. Bruce also played Varsity football and Chester High School . After graduating in 1972 Bruce gained employment at Pheonix Steel in Claymont, Delaware. He operated the fork lift and went on to become a foreman. Along his road off life Bruce fathered 4 children, 1 boy and 3 girls. Bruce loved his children, he also became the stepfather of Jamel and Jamaica Lowrie, he had a great relationship with them. As Bruce continued to travel his road of life he met his wife Hiede. They dated for 3 years and eventually married on October 1, 2011. A few years down the road Bruce gained employment as a bouncer at several establishments ion the city. He also worked at Talen Stadium until his illness caused him to stop. He was an avid watcher of the old black and white westerns. He also liked hanging out with his friends. Bruce was a cool laid back type of guy. Beruce you will truly be missed by a lot of people. Bruce preceeded by his parents: James and Margaret Caple, 2 brothers Hayward and Alvin Saunders, cousin Brenda Caple, cousin Michelle Caple, and his aunt Mary Caple.He leaves behind to cherish his memory wife: Heide, soon Bruce, Jr. (Andrea)), Kyra Powell (Sonny), Cheree Caple (Bryon) and Tameka Jones (Clint), stepsons: Jamel and Jamasxe Lowrie- 1 brother Ernest Caple (Janice), he also leaves 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
