OBITUARY FOR
CARL RENEE ANDERSON

Carl Renee Anderson, 70, departed this earthly life on December 29, 2020, following a lengthy illness.  Carl was a native of New York State, where he was born April 22, 1950 to parents Flossi and Nathanial Anderson.  He relocated to Pennsylvania and resided in Media for more than 30 years with his wife and life partner Patricia Raymond-Anderson.

Carl worked for the shipyard for many years before retiring. After retirement he enjoyed deep sea fishing with friends and family.  He always drew a crowd when telling a story about an adventure or experience he had. You could often find him shopping at Cow Town Flea Market in New Jersey with his grands.   

Left to mourn his passing are his wife Patricia; sons Carl Anderson, Jr., Chasie Love, Monir Anderson and Nigel Anderson; stepsons Anthony Raymond, Aubrey Hughes, and stepdaughter Alicia Hughes; and five grandchildren including Chyna Raymond and Azarah Raymond.  Carl was preceded in death by his mother Flossi Hawkins Anderson, father Nathanial Anderson, a brother Walter Anderson, and a sister Marian, a host of other family members and friends.

Despite being sick for many months, Carl kept His faith and was an encouragement to his family.  He would say, "Pat, take one day at a time" or "everything is going to be alright."  Carl did take one day at a time and found an end to his suffering while resting in peacefully in the arms of the Lord.
